Eli left his house one afternoon to study at the library. The graph shows his distance, in miles, away from his house as a function of time, in minutes. A graph titled Eli's Trip to the Library. The horizontal axis shows Time (minutes), numbered 0 to 135, and the vertical axis shows Distance from Home (miles) numbered 0 to 5. The line begins at 0, goes up to 4 miles from 30 to 120 minutes, then goes down to 0 miles in 133 minutes. What could explain what happened when the time was equal to 120 minutes? Eli arrived at the library. Eli rode his bicycle home from the library. Eli rode his bicycle to the store, getting farther away from his house. Eli continued to study at the library for 13 more minutes.

Answer:

Hope you will understand

Step-by-step explanation:

OPTION B.

Step-by-step explanation:

You need to analize the information given in order to solve this exercise.

According to the explained in the exercise, the graph shows Eli's distance (in miles) away from his house as a function of time (in minutes).

Then, based on that you can determine that he started his trip from the point (0,0)(0,0) (Notice that the time and the distance are zero)

Observe in the graph that he arrived  to the library (which is 4 miles away from his house) after 30 minutes.

Then, he stayed at the library. You know this because it is represented with an horizontal line.

Now you can identify in the graph that, from the point (120,4)(120,4) ,in which the time in minutes is t=120t=120 , Eli began his trip from the library to his house.

Therefore, based on the above, you can determine that, when the time is equal to 120 minutes, Eli  rode his bicycle home from the library.
