(x-2)/3=cosA

(y-5)/3=sinA

squaring

(x-2)^2/9=cos^2A

(y-5)^2/9=sin^2A

adding

(x-2)^2/9 +(y-5)^2/9=1

(x-2)^2 + (y-5)^2=9
