Here is your answer..>>>>>>>>>>

-5x+2y=6--(1)×3

3x-5y=4--(2)×5

-15x+6y=18

15x-25y=20

______________

-19y=38

y=38/-19

y=-2

Putting the value of y equation in (2)

3x-5y=4

=>3x-5×-2=4

=>3x-10=4

=>-10-4=3x

=>-6=3x

=>-6/3=x

=>-2=x

solution is (x,y)=(-2,-2)
