Let her earning be x
The volume of 1 pitcher in millilitres = 1.5 x 1000 = 1500 ml [1 liter is 1000 milliliter]
3 pitchers = 1500 x 3 = 4500 ml
100 ml = 0.38 rs.
4500 ml = 0.38 x 4500= 1690 rs.

Answer:

Eila earns  $ 17.1 by selling 4500 ml. of lemonade.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given;

1 Pitcher hold=1.5 liters of lemonade

∴ 3 pitchers hold= 3×1.5 =4.5 litres of lemonade

As we know,

1 l =1000 ml.

4.5 l = 4.5×1000=4500 ml

Eila charges for 100 ml of lemonade $0.38

∴ She charges for 4500ml. of lemonade =$ (0.38/100) ×4500

                                                                   = $ 0.38×45=$ 17.1
