Step-by-step explanation:

25x² + 16y²=400

25x²/400 + 16y²/400=1

x²/16 + y²/25 =1

x²/4²+ y²/5²=1

compare with equation of ellipse i.e.

x²/b²+ y²/a²=1

we get,

b=4 & a=5.

Now focii of ellipse is 0,±ae.

e²= a²-b²/a²

e² = 25-16/25 = 9/25

e = 3/5.

Now coordinate of focii are (0, ±5*3/5)

(0,±3) .
