I think when u have stress don't look at your phone to watch, like funny videos or something, that will make u even more stress. Just take some fresh air or go out with ur friends ,take photos and enjoy the views, that will make u lot better. This is for sure. And if u r in the house , take a nap or read some novels or inspirational codes.

Explanation: It will help u for sure but i highly suggest u to go out with ur friends ..........Just go and enjoy the moments and spend the time with ur friends. Its ur only life, u have to enjoy the fun also not only work will make u rich and happy, ur time with ur friends or with ur love ones will always remember.
