Explanation:

Reflection of light is the phenomenon of bouncing of light to the same medium after striking a surface...

................ :-)

=>law of reflection :

1)the incident Ray, the normal to the reflecting surface at the point of incidence and the reflected ray, all lie on the same plane...

2) the angle of incidence and the angle of reflection are equal and lie on the opposite side of the normal....

Hope this help u

\huge\underline\purple{\sf Reflection:-}

When light rays strike the boundary of two media such as Air and glass , a part of light is bounced back into the same medium.

This phenomenon of light is called Reflection Of Light .

It is of Two types :-

1. Regular / Specular Reflection :

When the reflection takes place from a perfect plane surface then after Reflection rays remains parallel . It is called Regular Reflection.

2. Diffused Reflection :

When the surface is rough , light is reflected from the surface from bits of its plane surface in irregular direction. This is called Diffused Reflection.

\large\underline\purple{\sf Laws\:Of\: Reflection:-}

  • Incident Ray , reflected ray and normal lies in the same plane.

  • The angle of Reflection is equal to angle incident.

i.e angle i = angle r
