Certainly, the excessive use of cellphones which includes either surfing internet, texting,or playing games all plays a major role in effecting the mental capability of an individual. We can easily see many people especially youngsters who are glued to their cellphones and oblivious to their surrounding. While people are unaware of the destructive and hazardous impact these cell phones leave on an individual which; Leads to cognitive failure. The persons' motor neurons are highly effected by the rays produced by these cellphones which eventually lowers the attention span and in severe cases causes short term memory loss.
