hey friend here is your answer

good morning to one all present here

had u heard the proverb today a reader tomorrow a leader

Undoubtedly,

reading is essential for all-round development of the personality. Bacon, the

great British writer and philosopher has rightly said, “Reading maketh a full

man; writing an exact man, and conference a ready man.” Reading is an essential

basic skills building activity. One’s language fluency is determined by the

quality of reading. Besides, vocabulary enrichment, ideas collection,

familiarization with different types of writing formats, speaking fluency, etc,

all depend upon reading. In all cultures and civilizations, much stress is laid

on reading. Schools, colleges, and other academic institute use reading as a

major tool in imparting education to students. However, in the modern times,

this activity is being ignored.

All great men

and women have been great readers. In her novel THE STORY OF MY LIFE Helen

Keller tells us the magic of reading books. Helen plays a glowing panegyric to

books and the enlightening role they played in her otherwise dark life. In

chapter 21 of her novel ‘The Story of My Life’ she shares with the audience the

deep influence she had from the books since her childhood. She calls books her

‘friends’.

It is true a

person who has the reading habit, never feels lonely and bored. The books open

up a magical world for him or her and he lives among angels in the pages of the

books. Books never let go the readers astray. They make them wise and

pragmatic. We must endeavour to develop this fabulous habit of reading.

Smart-phones,

computers, social media, internet and networking sites such as Facebook and

Twitter have become source of major distractions for students. Young boys and

girls seem to have become inordinately addicted to these sites. They are

thoughtlessly and uselessly wasting their precious time on these sites. The

parents, teachers and the government must look into the problems being caused

by these networking sites and must formulate a strategy either to curb or

completely stop its fast growing negative influence on the minds of our youth.

In order to promote wholesome reading habits among the children and youth, the Government must set up libraries in all the cities, towns, and villages. If we can provide them smart-phones, computers, internet, and other digital facilities so easily, why not provide them books to develop their mind positively? One thing is absolutely clear, if we want our children to become great leaders in future, we must make them great readers in the present.

Answer:

What a boring class...” "Is the sun the moon´s boyfriend?” "The black dress with the green polka dots” "What is the square root of 2,345...” "How can she be so beautiful”"He is so cute...” As I looked through the classroom filled with people, I started imagining what they might be thinking about. Different things came to my mind as I was scavenging through every single face expression in the room. While contemplating the idea of "reading minds” I found myself being fascinated by it. Getting to know every single thought that runs through everyone´s mind; wouldn't that be incredible? The mind is the most intimate thing you could ever have as a human being. Opening up, and revealing your thoughts, for me is a bigger exposure than the one of being naked in front of billions of people. The intimacy that is in your thoughts doesn't compare to any other kind of intimacy you could ever have with anyone. Your mind is where you can be your own self. In your thoughts you don't need to pretend to be someone you are not. You can speak your mind with all the liberty you could ever get. Who will find out anyway? Who can judge you there
