Till 1991...Public sector played an important role in the economic structure of India...Public sector controls of the total economic activities and resources ..
But after the new Economic Policies known as LPG policies it changes it's dominating role...
When Liberalisation , Privatization , and Globalization occur then..
Public sector withdrawal it's monopoly over the sectors...
It removed all the restrictions from producers in private industries...
It is playing only a role of social welfare for poor people's but there is no fully control over production.
