The following steps are beneficial for the management of problems of the adolescence:

(i) Education about motor development- An adolescent must provide the education for his/her motor development. They should be motivated or allowed to play various games and sports. By playing different sports the motor development will be done properly.

(ii) Education of Psychology- Teachers and parents should provide the knowledge of psychology to an adolescent. By doing so they can better understand and solve their problems by themselves.

(iii) Vocational guidance- Teachers and parents should provide vocational guidance to adolescents. Vocational guidance should be provided as per their capabilities, intelligence and interest.

(iv) Moral and Religious Education- It is most important to provide moral and religious education to adolescents. This will give them mental peace. They can cope with problems like indiscipline, worry and anxiety by such education.

(v) To provide a suitable environment- Adolescents must get a suitable environment for their growth and development. They should be eating a balanced diet. And must be taught how to behave. They should be provided with a suitable and healthy environment.
