Let the side be 12x, 17x, 25x respectively.

∴12x+17x+25x =540

⇒54x =540

∴x = 10cm

∴ the sides are 120cm , 170cm, 250cm

Area = √{(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}                                (where s is semi perimeter)

⇒  √{270×150×100×20}

100√{27×15×10×2}

⇒3000cm²
