Respected Sir,

       Most respectfully we the students of Class X wish to tell you that we want to arrange a farewell and thanksgiving party and function in the school. We have chalked out a good program and we shall show it to you. We hope that you will approve it and allow us to arrange this function.

       Please allow us to guide us further in this respect, as your advice is precious for us. We hope that a few senior teachers will guide and help us in our functions and party.
