Emasculation process in of removal of stamens or anthers from bisexual flowers without damaging female component. it's done for Preventing self pollination of flowers. so that artificial hybirdisation can be done.
While Bagging is is a process of covering or enclosing of inforescence with an appropriate bag so are to prevent self pollination. Bagging also done on bisexual flower but it's a step which is executed after emasculation of flower or inflorescence. i.e bagging is gone after emasculation to prevent random pollination.
