Emasculation and bagging are two methods of hybridization, where former follows later. In bisexual flowers, just before the anther splits, their removal is carried out by the use of pair of forceps, which called emasculation. Covering these emasculated flower by use of suitable size of bag to prevent contamination to the stigma with unwanted pollen is called as bagging.
