EMBEDDED COMPUTERS :
An Embedded Computer is a kind of digital computer. These computers are in the form of tiny chips which are embedded within the circuitry of appliances, like wrist watches, washing machines, televisions etc. These computers are preprogrammed for a specific task.
For eg:- If we talk about a Television, then tuning to any channel, setting the volume etc is done with the help of the circuitry of appliance, i.e., because of the embedded chip in it.
All kind of appliances such as Televisions, wrist watches, washing machines, cameras, even your mobile phone are embedded computers.
