Adrenaline is a hormone secreted by adrenal medulla during stress. This is called as emergency hormone because it initiates quick reation which makes the individual to think and respond quickly to the stress. The hormone increases metabolic rate. there occurs dialation of blood vessels going to heart and the brain.

Adrenaline (or adrenalin) is a hormone made by the adrenal medulla. It plays a vital role in helping our body deal with emergencies. In the United States, adrenaline is also known as epinephrine.

Trait of personality can not attributed to a single hormone. In humans various hormones are present which works together to develop personality. Thyroxine hormone secreted by thyroid gland is known to effect the personality most. It is responsible for normal development and growth of body and it's deficiency leads to retardation of physical growth, mental growth and secondary sexual characteristics.
