"employing child labour is a punishable offence"

Reason :-

→ There are certain fundamental rights in our Indian constitution, one of the the fundamental rights right to education says every child from age 4 - 15 should be given compulsory education. No one can force any child to do any kind of labour, if anyone will violate this right, they will be punished.

→ Another right, right against exploitation which says, that it is prohibited to force child labour, human trafficking, etc. Children below 14 years old are not allowed to do any kind of labour. If anyone will violate this right, they will be punished.
