molecular mass=2×emperical formula= 60...then answer is b as molecular mass = 60 and empirical formula=CH2O

30*2= molecular mass
M.M= 60g
E.M=30g
M.F/E.F = M.M/E.M
M.F/CH2O = 60/30
M.F= 2( CH20)
M.F= C2H4O2
