Empowering the girl child means giving equal power to the women folk of the country,this means that we should treat them as equal citizens . This is a fact that a nation can grow only if it's women are treated with respect and equality . We can see that earlier women had no write to vote. They just had to stay at home to cook and to take care of their children . But know time somewhat has changes as we can see that women are participating in all typesbof activites like ,police ,politics etc. We should encourage girls to study and to grow like a perfect human being . Efforts shold be made at all levels by government as well as parents also . But their is long way to reach at far as western countries . This will only happen once we completely empower our women in villages and backward areas .
At last i would like to say a line said by Jawahar Lal Nehru ,"A COUNTRY CAN PROSPER ONLY IF IT's women are allowed to prosper"
