Empowerment it's giving them the power of authority mean giving freedom to accomplish their goals n things to do things which helps the nation to move forward we can compare many powerful n developed like US,UK where the working rate of women is equal
A nation develops when we do things together n even today in some area being born as a girl is a sin bt once we take of that illusion n make our girls educated empowered n determinate it'll go lk ease like a butter n makes us developed lk a cake walk
If we have given wings n educate a girl child as they will come forth and contribute towards the growth n prosperity of the country even we have sacristy of doctors n Lawers which will be filled by giving opportunities to a girl child n make them wt they wanna be
In states like kerala the educational rate in high where as in Bihar the rate is reluctantly low jst being in same country n showing difference doesn't gve us development it's depending on each n every citizen to make this happen as NGOs gvng educational level in free form as same as that thing should grow on
