_________

ENDOCRINE SYSTEM. .

▪ The endocrine system is considered to be a major system of the body. It regulates the various functions of the body in conjunction with the nervous system.

▪   Endocrine system is formed in tissues or organs (these tissues or organs are called endocrine glands).

▪ Extracellous secretions of these glands are called special chemicals (chemicals are called hormones), from where they reach directly into the blood system and circulating with blood throughout the body They reach the target organs on which their action is necessary.

• These types of glands do not have vascular or tubes, so they are also called ductless glands.

 ▪ Apart from endocrine glands, there are also exocrine glands, such as sweat glands, salivary glands, pancreas and liver, which contain vessels or tubes inside the body.

▪ Through these, secretion of their secretion takes place in certain parts and does their work. Since they contain vasculares, they are also called vascular glands.
