Energy can be transformed from one type to another. For example, the exploding
firecrackers convert the chemical energy stored in them into light, sound and heat energy

Answer:

the chemical energy stored in a cracker is converted in radiant energy(the light),acoustic energy (the sound), and thermal energy (the heat). A small amount is also converted in to kinetic energy as the pieces of the firecracker fly apart. All of these energy eventually becomes heat that spread in the environment and the sound and light energy are absorbed and the friction stops the moving pieces.

hope it helps.
