solution : according to Plank's quantum theory, energy of each photon is directly proportional to frequency of wave emitted of photon.

i.e., E ∝ ν

⇒ E = hν ...(1)  

where h is plank's constant and ν is frequency of the electromagnetic wave of photon.

we know, angular frequency , ω = 2πν

so, the angular frequency, ω = 2π/(E/h) [ from eq (1) ]

⇒ ω = 2πh/E

therefore the angular frequency of electromagnetic wave is 2πh/E
