There is a very good supposition that days that dreams are not that one sees while being asleep, but dreams are such things that we see when our eyes are open.

In other words, it says that dreams are not things that we feel that might happen, but they are things that we should work upon, by working hard, and should try and make it a reality.

So dream in its true sense is a vision, that we might think of, work upon, try and try, till we are able to achieve it.

So in this respect, this question mentioned this line that "Dream, high with open eyes".
