I may take granny to the hospital.

No matter what, my parents and grandparents are always the first choice. Even though the football match is my favourite and I was so keen to that, when my granny is I'll and if she needs my help, I will be giving priority to that. Once I take granny to hospital and made sure that she is fine, I can calmly come home with her and watch the match.
