Becoz juliette's house was near the Joinville studio and she was very attached to that villa so if her villa got sold in 1 day it would be a bad thing done by juliette to sell her precious villa

juliette would fell sry becoz the villa was filled of facilities ,it was near the studio ,it would help her a lot and as the villa was old it might be cheap if it was sold then she might lose a great charm.
