I hope this letter finds you holding my deep regret. I have recently bought a washing machine from your reputable shop. I recieved the parcel through express delivery past week itself. When I opened my parcel to take a glance of it, I was really very happy. But, just after a week of use it has started giving troublesome results. Now it is making more noise and vibrations, which is very irritating. When I put my branded shirt in it, it got stuck in the washing machine and eventually got torned. I am requesting you to replace thus product or repair it as soon as possible. I am attaching the bill with this letter for any proof.
