I am giving two examples for each kind you have mentioned in the question.
1. Assertive Sentence- ( affirmative and negative sentences)
i) I go to school.
ii) I don't go to school.
2. Simple Sentence- (one clause only)
i) It is my duty to serve the nation.
ii) she smiled at me.
3. Compound Sentence ( Contains two or more clauses of equal rank)
i) I got up and left the place.
ii) It was raining so I did not go to school.
4. Complex sentence - ( a combination of a principal clause and one or more subordinate clauses)
i) If it rains, I will not go to school.
ii) He told me that he would not come the next day.
