My father became Chief secretary of Tamil Nadu on 1962. He told to me and my cousin when we accompanied him to any functions. We sat on a car on either side of him and gave him a nudge . We saw a police man saluting him who was preoccupied by studying his notes .He said that he was so concerned of the police man standing in the hot sun .
