There are two types of voice 1. Active voice 2.Passive voice. I will tell you about active voice first
When a verb in a sentence shows the subject as the doer of the action,the sentence is said to be in the Active Voice While when the verb shows the subject suffering the action of another person or thing, the sentence is said to be in Passive voice.
Example of Active Voice are as follows :
1.Radha buys a book.
2.Raj writes a letter.
3.Anu does not speak English.
Example of Passive Voice are as follows :
1.A book is bought by Radha.
2.A letter is written by Raj.
3.English is not spoken by Anu.
