INDIA : Unity in Diversity
India is a land of many cultures , traditions and languages . India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grand mother of tradition. Our most valuable and most artistic materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only .
India is blessed with many resources both natural and man made.
People of different language , different creed , customs , religions live in India as one . Country people celebrate and encourage each other festivals and national interests respectively .
India is seventh largest country and second most popular country in terms of population. It is a peace loving country and established friendly relationship with many countries in the world.
India is not one land but many , not a single language but many language , not one culture but enormous and varied traditions.
People cook different types of food based on their region . South India is famous for it's spicy foods and North Indi is famous in its own style. People love to taste all types of dishes and even sometimes love to cook . This promotes the feeling of unity that all are different in taste and but origin the same.
When it comes to the clothes , People have their own traditional dress which is very sacred . They were different and amazing dress which has been followed by their ancestors. Even the foreigners like to wear our dress because they feel very holy and joy after wearing it.
From Kashmir to Kanya Kumari , Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh , people of India are recognized as the citizens of India . They can travel to any part of the country . Despite of many difference they (people ) are all one. They are proud to say that their are Indians than tamilians , kannadiga , bihari and etc.They promote brotherhood and peace . They work for the country's welfare and development . This shows it's unity and diversity.
