1. People and specially parents develop interest in sports in general. They either follow sports or are happy to see their kids follow.
2. Parents become comfortable with the idea that playing sports is an essential part of life in general. The benefits of sports from good health to complimentary skill development is recognized and appreciated.3. As a result they start supporting their kids to play sports irrespective of the age. When enough parents start playing themselves and spend money on sports it makes sports economically viable.
4. Parents get convinced that sport is one of the possible options for their kids to make great careers and earn enough money to lead a comfortable life (even if they do not reach the highest level of performance).
5. The right system of coaches, academies, tournaments, clubs identify the talent in the kids.
