UP had reported highest number of road accidents deaths (15,630) in the year 2013 as per NCRB (National Crime Record Bureau) report.
Police officials admitted that two-wheeler commuters were the biggest casualty of road accidents in the city.

In majority of cases, rash driving and over-speeding are the two main causes behind the rising number of accidents.
