English should be a language of india. it can be both either compulsory or a normal language because in India hindi is national language but where as English is the international language. As India has many languages many people know hindi so wherever we go within the country India as some people don't know English there people use hindi and hindi is compulsory language but when it comes to english it is a international language and it is must to learn. yaa I agree that English is a must language but when it comes to India know in my opinion hindi is compulsory language and english can be secondary compulsory language in India bcoz where ever in the world we want to go know there english is useful and must language therefore it can be a secondary compulsory language as now a days it has become the must language and people are more interested in learning that language. in this modernized technology english is must language for every one.
