There was no response from inside but the door was unlocked. He pushed the door & opened it smoothly. He called out for Deepak. Again there was no response. He decided to check his room for once before he returns back to his room. He been & saw Deepak was sad, frustrated by holding his hands above his head.
Rahul asked Deepak if everything is alright. Deepak said that he is very sad. He also said that he was unable finding peace since his boss gave him alot of office works & he is unable taking a relaxed breathe. Rahul calmed him down & gave him a glass of water. He said not to worry much about such things. He said that I believe that you can do it, all you need to do is to find your peace within yourself. Deepak agreed upon his suggestion & promised him to follow his advice.
Since the day, when Deepak had learnt to find peace within himself, he never again felt sad & frustrated. He practiced yoga & meditation & it protonically affected his living.
decades, undernourished infants across the world have been treated with a course of high-calorie, high-protein rich foods. The foods may come in various forms – from peanut-rich pastes to fatty milkshakes – but the common-sense philosophy is always the same: restore the most basic nutrients to the growing body as quickly as possible.
These “ready-to-use therapeutic foods” help to remove the immediate danger to the child’s life. But the battle is only half-won.
The period of undernourishment may be for just a few months, but consequences can last a lifetime. Throughout childhood and adolescence, the child will remain physically stunted and more vulnerable to infection. He or she also may show cognitive deficits, resulting in lower IQs, and reduced impulse control – which can mean falling behind at school and struggling to find employment as an adult.
