1) He is helping his friend.

Negative - He isn't helping his friend.

Interrogative - Is he helping his friend?

2) I am working from home.

Negative - I am not working from home.

Interrogative - Am I working from home?

3) She is humming.

Negative - She is not humming.

Interrogative - Is she humming?

4) Students are studying.

Negative - Students are not studying.

Interrogative - Are students studying?

5) They are respecting us.
