After some long working days without taking any off Sheela Sharma is sitting in her my Balcony with a cup of coffee. Enjoying the evening sunset from her balcony which is one of the best activity to do for a relaxation in that 25th floor of Ashis apartments of Mumbai facing the sea.
Mrs. Sheela Sharma is a social worker and the chairman of an NGO. She work without any hesitation or relaxation, sometime even without sleep. It was her habit. Even though she was married to one of the top 10 industrialist of Mumbai. she is living alone in that apartment for more than three years now.
Mrs. Sheela Sharma thought sitting in her balcony, this day would not end any better than this. She took a big breath and exhaled it without knowing that was her last comfortable breath for that day. Suddenly she felt an electric shock on her chest and ended with a deep pain.
Mrs. Sharma slipped her coffee cup in vain. The cup broke in to pieces once it touched the tile floor of that apartment. Mrs. Sharma collapsed down from her chair holding her chest in one palm. Groaning in pain. There is no one in her apartment except her. Her maid will be at her home only in the mornings.
She decided this was her last day on earth. A drop of tear tore down from her eyes knowing the end. She closed her eye and saw her daughter and grandsons who are living in New York. She thought, she should have called her husband and apologize at least once. More tears running down her eyes. She thought she was never going to get any chance anymore to see her daughter and husband.
After few minutes of groaning in pain Mrs. Sharma has gone unconscious. The last thing she saw was her family photo that was hanging on the wall directly facing the balcony.
The whole world went blank and black suddenly...
After a short darkness, suddenly...
She heard some beeping sound on her right through the darkness. She tried to open her eyes. After a short fight with her eyelids, finally her eyelids gave a few space for her to see through. She realized she is in hospital. She turned to her left and found a young man sleeping in the couch. She recognized that young man within seconds. He is her neighbor living in apartment 202. His name is Shashi Kumar.
Not dead yet? Mrs. Sharma questioned herself in disbelief.

"Enjoying a cup of tea while sitting on my balcony on a Sunday morning, suddenly I felt a deep pain in my chest. I thought that this was the last moment of my life. I wanted to call my daughter, my husband and everybody to say the final Good Bye, but couldn't do so." I thought of saying good bye to my family but I couldn’t do that. I was thinking about my family that how they will live without me. I prayed to god and asked to give me more time to live with my family. At that moment I thought of my daughter who is in first year of college. I wanted to give her all the happiness in the world which she dreamed for. I cannot leave her alone. Then I thought about my husband who loves me unconditionally. He was so used to me. He can’t even live without me.
Suddenly something hit on my mind that No, I have to live for my daughter and husband. I can’t die like this. Somehow I managed to get up and went into my room. I dialed 1 which is my husband’s speed dial number. He received my phone but I couldn’t utter a word but he understood that something happened to me. I don’t remember what happened after that. I woke up in the hospital and I saw my husband sitting next to me. I saw my daughter as her eyes was full of tears. She hugged me. I felt better after that.
