Disorders of Muscular and Skeletal System:
1. Myasthenia gravis: Autoimmune disorder affecting neuromuscular junction leading to fatigue, weakening and paralysis of skeletal muscle.
2. Muscular dystrophy: Progressive degeneration of skeletal muscle due to genetic disorder.
3. Tetany: Uncontrolled muscular contractions due to low calcium levels in body fluid.
4. Arthritis: Inflammation of joints.
5. Osteoporosis: Age related disorder characterised by decreased bone mass and increased chances of fractures. Decreased levels of estrogen after menopause is a common cause in women.
6. Gout: Inflammation of joints due to accumulation of uric acid crystals.
7. Rheumatoid Arthritis: It is an autoimmune disorder in which immune system of the body attacks tissues of cartilage and joints.
