breakfast :- toast(carbohydrate), butter (fat), cheese(protein)
lunch :- mac n cheese(primary source of caborhydrate and contain protein also), roast chicken ( main source of protein), salade (nsp/dietary fibre)
dinner :- rice (carbohydrate), lentils( hbv protein), tofu (complementary protein), steamed vegetable (vitamin and mineral)
dessert cheese cake which is rich in protein and ft because of the cream use
