A energy crisis is any significant concern that leads to depletion of natural energy due to the increasing demand .

Some of the resources responsible for the energy crisis are;

1.Overpopulation

This is where the worlds populations continues to increase steadily raising the demand of the energy consumption..

2.Overconsumption

The problem of overpopulation leads to overconsumption of some energy producing materials like coal,oil and gas,that could lead to their depletion in some places.

3.Poor Infrastructure.

Some countries still use the old infrastructure that in one way or another hinders the production of extra energy that is required.

We need to be improving our utilities often so as to keep up with the standards of demand.

4.Unexplored power energy options.

Most of the countries still use the non renewable energy options like coal and forget that some renewable energy could also be used .Using renewable energy could help reduce our dependence on the fossil fuels and help reduce the green house effect through gas emissions.

5.Wastage of energy

This has been a topic of discussion in most of the energy seminars that are held,and measures to mitigate the wastage of energy.

However,this happens to be lip service since nothing much has been done in some countries to conserve the energy.This cold e done in ways like switching off lights when not in use,walking for short distances instead for driving and many others.
