As we are becoming more modern and industrial day by day we are constantly harming and polluting our mother nature.
This pollution is a major reason behind the extinction of different animals and deforestation of the environment's forest vegetation.
To prevent this animal extinction and deforestation our government has already taken several steps;
1) regulating different rules and laws about the preservation of the animals and forests in our Indian territory.
2)Building different national parks and sanctuaries to ensure the proper preservation of different animals and birds.

Two steps that the government has taken to conserve plants and animals:
It has set up national parks, wildlife sanctuaries and biosphere reserves for the protection of natural vegetation and wildlife.
It has banned the killing of animals and cutting of trees.
Various awareness programmes have been encouraged at the regional and the community level.
