Various factors affecting social health in our surroundings include :

1) sewage drains that are left open .

2) smoke produced on burning non bio degradable wastes in some areas .

3) breeding of mosquitoes and flies in rain water that is collected near roads .

4) overflowing of drainage

5) human residues dropped in open .

Necessary changes to correct the situation can be :

1) sewage drains should be closed

2) non biodegradable wastes should be recycled as far as possible and burning of them should be avoided as far as possible .

3) a layer of kerosene can be sprayed on the rain water collected on roads because spraying of kerosene prevents the growth of the eggs and makes it difficult for the mosquitoes and flies to survive

4) drainage should be cleared regularly to prevent over flowing

5) proper toilet facilities should be provided to people living in all the areas .

Hope this answer is satisfactory
