Raw materials required for constructing the buildings and approximate rate are as follows:

a) Cement: the range of cement may vary the company and it also depends on how much grade of cement we are using for construction. Birla super costs 390/-

b) Sand :1100/-

c) Water:

d) Jelly : 1 ton=800/-

e) Steel: meenakshi steel of 52000/- per kg
