Explanation:

Since, from the question we get that the coefficient of friction between the two blocks are given as 0.2. So, the acceleration of the block A relative to the plank B will be acceleration a=μg(since F=ma or μN=ma or μmg=ma), or a=0.2g or 20m/s^2 if g is taken as 10 m/s^2.

Again, for the acceleration  of the block B relative to the ground will be acceleration a=F-μmg/mB or 2mg-0.2mg/3m which on solving we will get the value of acceleration as a=2-0.2/3g which will be 3/5g or 6m/s^2.
