We know that entropy represents the randomness of the system molecule. If the energy of the system is high then the randomness in the molecule will be high , therefore the entropy of the system will be high.

A) When heat flow from high body reservoir to cold body reservoir then the entropy of the system will decrease.

B) The conversion of heat at constant pressure leads to decrease in the randomness of the system ,therefore the entropy of the system will decrease.

C) The conversion of heat at constant volume leads to increase in the randomness of the system ,therefore the entropy of the system will increase.

D)The heat added at constant volume ,that is why the entropy does not change.

Therefore the answer will be (D).
