a) That they get less wages than the government has set up because, there is a lot of competition going on in this area as everyone needs a job. Beacause of this reason they agree to work on lesser wages.
(b) Some times a farm labourer is hired for a particular season and in the next season he/she has no work to do thus resulting in seasonal un-employment [ for ex. a farm labourer is hired to grow and work for a Kharif crop, paddy, in the next season, winter season, Rabi season he/she would have no work to do ]. To tackle this problem a farm labourer sometimes take non-farming activities like Dairy, transport etc
