The Council of Minister is considered as chief and central executive body and it is performing different functions like,

• Helping and advising the President of Country.

• Preparing and implementing the annual budget with the approval of the union government.

• Coordinating with other ministries of the government to assure there will be no conflict or duplication in functions and building the empire.

• Having emergency power to work in absence of president towards formulating foreign policy.
