Answer:

Explanation:

There are links between sociology, anthropology and political science.

To begin with, I would like to define these disciplines one at a time.

Sociology is the general study of groups and group behaviour.

Anthropology is the scientific study of cultures, both past and present.

Political science is the study of power and power relations that exist between and among people.

There's obviously a connection here. Now, anthropology, sociology and political science are interdisciplinary courses, in the sense that elements of one could be found in another.

Between Sociology and anthropology, the connection goes thus. Basically, we study bits of anthropology in sociology. We study culture in sociology and anthropology. We learn how people behave, how what they do defines them. We want to know what separates the Malawians from the Nigerians. We want to know why the Yoruba culture is almost totally different from the Igbo culture.

Between anthropology and political science, we learn power. We learn that in the old Yoruba empire, we had the Oba (the king) and his chiefs, even to the subjects. We learn that most parts of Europe ran on Monarchy for a while. We learn that power moves from the top to the bottom, in one culture and that in some cultures, it's vice versa. You see elements of political science and sociology in that?

Lastly, in sociology, we also learn how power is distributed in the society. We learn democracy, oligarchy, anarchy, a state of anomie and all. These things are also replicated in political science.

Basically, most, if not all disciplines in the social sciences and humanities are interwoven and therefore, you cannot separate one from another.

Anthropology:  Anthropology is the study of what makes us human. Anthropologists take a broad approach to understanding the many different aspects of the human experience, which we call holism. They consider the past, through archaeology, to see how human groups lived hundreds or thousands of years ago and what was important to them

Sociology is the study of social life, social change, and the social causes and consequences of human behavior. Sociologists investigate the structure of groups, organizations, and societies, and how people interact within these contexts.

Political science:Political science is the study of politics and power from domestic, international, and comparative perspectives. It entails understanding political ideas, ideologies, institutions, policies, processes, and behavior, as well as groups, classes, government, diplomacy, law, strategy, and war.

The emphasis on evaluation, prospective and retrospective, of public policies that can allow them when needed for adjustment in the health promotion public policy. in conclusion anthropology, sociology and political science have contributed significantly to the development and understanding of our society.
