The second stage examines resources from the points of view of technology, ecenomy and needs. The third stage related to action oriented planning which emphasises use and reuse of the sources.

We have to look at the quality & quantity of production. We have to compare the production to the distruction. The scale measurement is better for good production.

We have to grow product according to climate, seed, & looking it's all factor.

Management of Use :-

We have to use according to the production. We have to use it for need not for greed.

We don't have to waste our resources.

Sustainiblity :-

We have to conserve resources for our future use.

The sustainability saves the resources for future needs of upcoming generations.
